Meendum Manjappai app for iPhone and iPad

This app is meant for reaching out to the people of Tamil Nadu and spreading across the State on the perils of Use and Throwaway Plastics on our Environment. The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu inaugurated a mega event “Meendum Manjappai” campaign on 23rd December 2021 which is a call for a back to basics and into the future with traditional nature based solutions and passed the message “ Let’s end plastic pollution, Manjappai is a sign of environmental protection and we will prove it. Manjappai isn’t a shame, it’s an identity”.

The campaign was launched for revival of eco friendly tradition in the fight against Single use plastics and create awareness and consciousness among the public.

Lets join hands in this journey of plastic pollution free Tamil Nadu by replacing single use plastics with naturally available biodegradable materials. Let’s join hands in protecting our Nature, the only source of life on Earth. Say no to “Use and Throwaway Plastics” and make Tamil Nadu plastic pollution free.
